  • The 14° Andean Congress of Contact Centers and CRM and 3° Customer Experience Summit will be held on May 9, 10 and 11 in Bogotá – Colombia, it has assembled the best companies in the field, which provide the lastest technologies for the activity. We have gathered professionals, lecturers, and companies from Latin America and North America– all involved with the industry. There, important businesses have been generated, knowledge has been exchanged and innovations have been shown.
  • For its entire trajectory, the Congress has positively enriched its participants and presenters, with the high level of its National and International lecturers, who have shared their knowledge on Customer Experience, innovation, social networks, among others.

El Congreso Andino de Contact Centers y CRM  es considerado como el evento más importante de la Industria en América Latina por su trayectoria, nivel académico,  patrocinadores  y  experiencia,  logrando una participación de más de 1.300 asistentes en cada una de sus versiones.

El congreso tiene como objetivo: presentar  de la mano de expertos nacionales e internacionales casos de éxito, temas de impacto global y tendencias tecnológicas  mundiales para el sector,  generar oportunidades de negocio y de relacionamiento comercial y tener la oportunidad de encontrarse con autoridades y dirigentes del sector.
