
Genpact (NYSE: G), an advanced technology services and solutions company, today announced that it has been named to America’s Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families 2025 list by Newsweek. The list, compiled by Newsweek in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group, honors 1,000 companies across the U.S. based on independent employee surveys, employer benefits, and more than 120 workplace metrics. It analysed over 200,000 reviews from working parents and evaluated companies on leadership, flexibility, support systems, and family-focused policies.
