Impetus Technologies, a global leader in enterprise data and AI engineering services, has announced the appointment of Nachiket Deshpande as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s growth trajectory. With more than 30 years of experience across top-tier technology organizations, Deshpande brings a rare blend of strategic insight, operational rigor, execution excellence, and people-first leadership. Prior to joining Impetus, he served as an Executive Board Member at LTI Mindtree, where he played a central role in shaping the company’s AI strategy as President of its AI business. He led the launch of BlueVerse, LTI Mindtree’s flagship packaged agentic AI offering, and as Chief Operating Officer, he oversaw global delivery, operations, and large-scale transformation programs that fueled the company’s growth across industries and geographies.
Deshpande also spent two decades at Cognizant, holding multiple leadership roles across AI, cloud, data, and the BFS sector, further sharpening his expertise in building technology-driven enterprises at scale.
Reflecting on his new role, Deshpande described Impetus as a “rare services organization with a software-led approach,” highlighting its two-decade legacy of delivering innovation across big data, machine learning, cloud, and now AI.
