Serco Secures NDIA Contact Centre Services Contract

Serco has won a new contract with Australia’s National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to provide contact centre services. Effective from September 2024, the three-year contract includes potential extensions for up to six additional years. Serco has supported NDIA since 2018, handling millions of customer interactions. The company is committed to inclusivity, with 30% of the workforce comprised of individuals with disabilities, ensuring diverse representation in their 1,200-strong team.
