TMF Group, a leading global provider of financial, funds and corporate services, has been appointed by Chelsfield Asia to deliver a combination of fund administration and corporate services.
Chelsfield Asia is an international real estate investment company focused on asset management, development and investment with operations in Hong Kong, SAR, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo.
The deal encompasses a full suite of fund and corporate administration services for two structured investment vehicles, focused on the real estate market in Asia. The services include fund accounting, investor reporting, compliance support and corporate services across two GP/LP fund structures, including the administration of SPVs.
