IGT Solutions, a global leader in digital and data-driven transformation for the travel and hospitality industry, has announced its entry into the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Strategic Partnership Program. This collaboration marks a significant step towards shaping a smarter, more connected, and more efficient aviation ecosystem.

As a newly inducted strategic partner, IGT Solutions will participate in the IATA Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Delhi, scheduled for June 1–3, 2025. The company’s leadership will also engage in the Baggage Services and Data & Technology subgroups, where it will collaborate and share advanced AI-powered solutions that reduce mishandled baggage and showcase a suite of data and technology platforms that deliver real-time insights and fast-track digital transformation for airlines.

“Strategic partners like these are critical to transforming the future of air travel,” said Kim Macaulay, Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at IATA. “IGT Solutions brings deep domain expertise and cutting-edge AI capabilities that align perfectly with our mission to build a more agile and intelligent aviation ecosystem.”

“We are excited to join IATA as a strategic partner,” said Navneet (Nav) Taneja, Chief Business Officer at IGT Solutions. “This program offers a unique opportunity to engage with industry leaders, share our innovations, and contribute meaningfully to the future of aviation. Our deep travel domain knowledge positions us well to support IATA’s initiatives and co-create impactful solutions.”

With over 26 years of experience, IGT Solutions has been at the forefront of delivering transformative technology solutions for airlines, airports, and the broader aviation sector. Its proven track record of solving real-world challenges and anticipating industry trends forms the foundation of this strategic alliance.
