Robert Walters, a leading global talent solutions business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Holt as Managing Director, EMEA – Outsourcing. Jessica will oversee the company’s core RPO and MSP business in the EMEA region, while continuing to drive the global Consultancy practice.
Jessica brings over 25 years of recruitment experience to her new role, across RPO, MSP, and Consultancy services. She has worked with notable enterprise staffing and outsourcing firms, including Hyphen, Pontoon, and Capita. Jessica joined Robert Walters over three years ago, drawn by the company’s heritage and global brand, and has since led the Statement of Work (SOW) and Consultancy service offerings to deliver exceptional results.
Under Jessica’s leadership, the Consultancy division has achieved rapid growth. Her focus on blending Consultancy solutions with RPO and MSP services aligns with Robert Walters’ vision of offering seamless and scalable talent solutions to customers globally.
Jessica’s achievements have been recognised on the SIA 2024 Global Power 150 Women and SIA 2024 Staffing 100 Europe lists, underscoring her reputation as an industry leader.
