Persistent Systems has appointed Shimona Chadha as its new Chief Marketing Officer. With over 20 years of experience in B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing, Shimona will lead Persistent’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth initiatives.
She joins from HCLTech, where she played a key role in building a Generative AI-powered marketing engine and boosting revenue growth across North America. Her career also includes leadership roles at Vodafone Idea and Abbott. She has earned multiple industry honors including Forrester’s Program of the Year 2025, the Stevie Award for Women in Business and Inspiring Women in Business; having co-chaired initiatives for IAOP etc.
CEO Sandeep Kalra highlighted her data-driven, results-focused approach as vital to scaling Persistent’s brand and go-to-market impact. Based in New Jersey, Shimona will also join the company’s executive leadership team.
